Terms & Conditions of Sale 

– Goods once sold cannot be either exchanged or taken back.

– KlayKathaa reserves the right to accept or reject any order placed, without assigning any

reasons whatsoever.

– Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless acceptance of such cancellation is

agreed to by us and confirmed to customer in writing.

Dispatch

– Dispatch of the products will be made within seven days from the date of receipt of full

payment.

– KlayKathaa is not responsible for any delay in delivery of the order due to any factor beyond our

control.

– The products will be despatched to the address mentioned in the order form. In case the

products are to be despatched to any other address, the same should be specified while making

the order.

Pricing

– The total amount payable, indicated in the invoice/shopping page, after adding shipping

charges, is not inclusive of local levies such as Octroi or local Customs etc.

– Local levies if any have to be borne by the customer at the time of taking delivery of the delivery.

Payment

– Full payment in advance will have to be made as indicated on the invoice/website.

Discrepancy

– All transactions are subject to Singapore jurisdiction only.

– Any discrepancy regarding the order should be intimated to us within seven days from the date

of receipt of order.

Shipping

– Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
– Approximate time for delivery after despatch: between a week to 10 working days, depending
on location.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Given the nature of the ceramic medium it’s not possible for me to accept returns currently. If
the item reaches you broken, please contact me immediately with the photograph of the broken
item. I shall arrange to send you a replacement of the same.
– I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations but you can contact me if you have any problems
with your order.
– Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept
returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale
– Conditions of return – Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned
in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
